After it was announced that the Naomi Watts-led Game of Thrones prequel was canceled, HBO decided to pick up another GoT prequel.
House of the Dragon, based on George R. R. Martin’s companion book “Fire & Blood" has been picked up for 10 episodes. The story will take place 300 years before the events of Game of Thrones.
