Ali Wong Says She Wrote 'Always Be My Maybe' to Kiss Daniel Dae Kim, Keanu Reeves

Wong discussed her new Netflix romantic comedy Tuesday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.


In an interview on The Ellen Degeneres Show on Tuesday, Ali Wong — the star and co-writer of the upcoming Netflix film Always Be My Maybe — joked that she wrote the romantic comedy for a specific reason. 

"I basically made Netflix spend all this money on a movie just so I could kiss Daniel Dae Kim and Keanu Reeves," she said.

"As for whether she and Kim had chemistry, Wong quipped, 'I've been with the same dude for 10 years.'"
